Homeowners will receive a copy of the inspection reports on a monthly basis. Any necessary repairs, maintenance, issues, etc. will be listed and suggestions provided. If there is anything considered an emergency, homeowners will be contacted immediately.

Photos will be taken and date stamped at each inspection. Homeowners will receive photos of any issues or general concerns, otherwise photos will be kept on file with SPP. Homes with pools will have photos provided on each visit.
